The Woodland Trust is the UK’s largest woodland conservation charity. They campaign to protect precious ancient woods and restore the ones that are damaged. Communities, schools, organisations and individuals assist the trust in conservation work.
The Design Hive were commissioned to design one large information panel for children to interact with. The panel was to include illustrations of animals, insects and woodlands. The panel was 5 metres by 1.5 metres. It was important to make this panel fun, engaging and exciting for the children. Running from left to right is a path of ants, which children can follow. The panel text is in English and Welsh.
The job also included the design of four adults panel, all of which included a background image. Again these included text in English and Welsh. Also, four roller banner stands were designed and printed.
