Overview

Concilium are based in Burnham-on-Sea, Somerset and offer a range of HR services to small, medium and large businesses.

We had previously designed and built Debbie a custom-made WordPress website a number of years ago, but she had gone through a change in her core service offering, a change in business name and wanted her website and branding to reflect this. Out with ‘Concilium HR’ and in with ‘Concilium – The HR Detective’.

How we've supported Concilium HR

We took the existing branding, which was already very strong, and redesigned it into a more friendly, and cleaner look that better reflected the revised HR services that Debbie was now offering.

The existing logo comprised of two people holding hands and Debbie wanted to retain this element. We built upon this, completely changed the entire colour palette, and cleaned up the logo design and used that theme for the main image on the homepage. We strongly believe website imagery needs to be relevant to the subject matter, and when done correctly, can do just as much talking as text and we just love how well it fits with the logo.

As well as redeveloping and redesigning the website and logo, we also created new business cards, letterheads and even a flyer.

We, along with Debbie, are absolutely delighted with the results.

Design Hive proved an excellent choice to create an interpretation board for our village biodiversity project. Mel came up with a great, accessible design and was so skilled, patient and resourceful as she incorporated our many extra thoughts, numerous changes of mind and revisions.
