What is a website Care Plan?
Effective WordPress websites require security, backups, updates and maintenance. Building your website is just the start of your journey. After your website goes live, it is important to ensure it is well cared for. Our care plans are designed to help you manage your website goals and finances better.
Small fixes, website enhancements and alterations will be built in to your care plan, up to the time allocated within your plan. Additional time for larger website improvements will be quoted for upfront, or you can upgrade your plan.
We have three care plans in total; Protect, Thrive and Elevate.
A care plan is a cost-effective way of making changes to your website. You could benefit from priority service and a reduced hourly rate for additional website work or for use within our branding or graphic design services.

Questions Answered
This includes costs associated with 3rd party licenses and software associated with your website and allows us to upgrade to the latest versions. This doesn’t include work undertaken by us to fix any major breaks in coding that would be over and above your care plan.

Support Time includes website fixes, training, instructions, content changes, adding pages/posts, adding/changing images or slides, adding events, and similar. It does not include managing social media accounts, adding membership sections, online stores, or any other complex system. Support time is tracked in 15 minute increments.
All payments are take via monthly direct debit.
Once you sign up and provide login credentials, we’ll have your plan set up within 1-2 business days. Everything from speed improvements to security will be addressed by our team during on-boarding.
Our care plans are designed to be monthly plans and as such we reserve your place in our queue and resources each month, therefore it does not roll over for our protect and thrive care plans. You can take comfort in the fact that what you will request within your support time minutes (depending on your plan) will be addressed by our team with immediate attention.
Our website care plans are preventative care, so we do our best to prevent anything from happening. However in the event that your website has a major issue, we will be there by its side communicating in the restoration and clean up of the website with one of our backups. We do not make guarantees that your website will not be hacked, but we will do everything within our power to prevent it.
If you have an enhancement or task that requires more than your dedicated monthly time, we will submit a quote for you to approve separately from your plan or you can choose to upgrade your plan. If you do not need any support, please contact us for options.
Absolutely. We would be sad to see you go, but we understand financial needs weigh on many decisions and we don’t tie anyone in. Request a cancellation via email and we will let you know what licenses you will need to purchase and will immediately stop the next payment.
