Last night, live on YouTube, The Design Hive scoops not one, but two awards at the Sedgemoor Business Excellence Awards.
The Design Hive team are proud to announce their double victory at the Sedgemoor Excellence Business Awards 2020 on the 10th December 2020.
We were shortlisted for ‘Customer Service Excellence’ and ‘Small Business of the Year’ and we are delighted to announce that we won both categories!

It was a challenging night for all with this being the first ever virtually hosted Sedgemoor Business Awards, so everyone was finding their feet. However, it will be one to remember and we wouldn’t have had it any other way. Not only were we able to attend last night, but all our family and friends were also able to watch it live with us. What a night for the people we love to be watching the story unravel.
After 11 years in business, lots of ups and downs along the way, and entering the awards religiously every year, we cannot express how incredible it feels to win. This year has been for us and many other businesses, a strange year with so many hurdles along the way. We have remained positive and have been here to help our clients adapt where necessary so that they can continue trading where possible. We have seen some incredible strength and determination from our clients, many of which have made their businesses even stronger. The past few years have been the most exciting for The Design Hive and this has ended 2020 with a huge BANG!!!
This past year, we have been busy in the hive with the completion of the brand new Sopha e-commerce website, the Public Practice Recruitment website, brochure design for David Salisbury (last year’s winners of ‘Large Business’) and the new Hinkley PSG website. With lots of other exciting projects lined up for 2021, it’s shaping up to be a fantastic year in the hive!
Huge congratulations to all the other incredible businesses for their epic wins and for being shortlisted. We were all winners last night and every business should be very proud.
The team at Bridgwater Chamber of Commerce worked so hard to make last night possible. We would like to thank them for everything they have done. We cannot thank you enough.
